Deep down in the bayous of the Atchafalaya Basin in the heart of Acadian country, Cajun children enjoy fishing and crabbing in the surrounding waters and hunting wildlife and game found in their swampland. But like children all over the world, when winter comes around, their thoughts turn to the Chrismtas holidays and they anxiously await the arrival of their very own Bayou Santa, whom they lovingly call Papa Noel.
