These poems are inspired by observations made prior to and during the COVID-19 quarantine, the killing of George Floyd, the Me Too# movement, and Black Lives Matter protests. As seeming serenity spiraled out of control, we turned inward to find an inner peace. We must remember so we never repeat our mistakes.
